Nash Cognetti began his culinary journey at just 12 years old in his family’s produce business. After honing his skills in renowned kitchens such as San Francisco’s Plumpjack Café and the iconic Tra Vigne Restaurant, Nash broadened his expertise working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in Italy and Argentina. His global experiences and passion for fresh, sustainable ingredients are the foundation of every Brindare Estate menu.
Featured on national television and as a guest chef at prestigious wine festivals, Chef Nash brings an unmatched depth of talent and creativity to every event. His personalized approach ensures that every meal is not just delicious but also a true reflection of Napa Valley’s rich culinary heritage.
